Refunds & Cancellation

At Krupa's Jewellery, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product and its packaging.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement, subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may provide a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
